24hr & 12hr Cancellation policies.

Please read this before reserving an appointment online with us at Allure Lash & Beauty Studio...Our small business follows a strict 24hr & 12hr cancellation policy all new and exisiting clients must accept prior to booking.

 Cancellations for any reason within 24hrs will be charged 50% of the services booked to the credit card on file.

(Effective January 1, 2022 NEW 12hr POLICY)

Cancellations/No Shows for any reason with 12hrs or less notice will be charged 100% of the services booked to the credit card on file.

 We kindly ask that you not book any future services if you do not accept our policies...As commission-based service providers, our time is valuable no matter what the cancellation reason may be and these policies are what help keep our small business running smoothly.

Our scheduling software sends an automated Text/Email confirmation 72hrs before each appointment in which clients must respond to that day to confirm.  Our system then sends a second friendly reminder 2hrs before any scheduled appointments.  Both of these notifications also have our cancellation policies attached.

When booking online through our scheduling software, it requires clients at home to enter a credit card to be kept on file to hold an appointment reservation. By entering the card on file, you are acknowledging that you’ve read and accepted our "Cancellation Policies" and agree to be charged if the required cancellation notice isn't given or if you "No Show". This also applies during Covid-19 times. Credit card information is all encrypted and we only see the last 3-digits.

EXAMPLE: While reserving an appointment with us online, keep in mind there is always a chance you could become sick within those 24hrs of your reservation. Please only proceed to book your reservation knowing in the back of your mind that if you were to get sick that you agree to keep us safe, reschedule, and accept that we have to charge the proper cancellation/no show fee. We cannot have anyone sick come to an appointment! This also goes for covid-19 testing, last-minute transportation problems, sick kids, sick animals, getting stuck at work, etc..... 

This is not to punish anyone. This is to protect our schedules and valuable time as commission-based service providers and to also keep our staff and clients safe. 

So please if you are looking to reserve future services with us, we ask that you respect our policies and agree to them all 100% before proceeding. 

 If you feel in your heart that our "Cancellation Policies" will ever bother you in the future if we ever have to charge you for ANY CANCELLATION REASON, then we respectively ask that you not book with us. 

We are very passionate about what we do and strive to surround ourselves in a stress-free environment and not have to worry about clients that are not accepting of our policies.
